In addition, we have built and are managing The Courtyard at Little Chico Creek, a 41-unit residential care facility for the elderly. As we grew we recognized the importance of caring well for our own properties as well as the larger community so we developed our services business, Experts in Your Home. We hold a general building contractor license (#143778) with nine supplemental classifications that allow us to provide all the services needed to help our customers. 
We have the privilege of employing more than 150 people who represent the firm in the fields of commercial and residential property management and Community Association Management. (Corp. DRE #317250) We have offices in Chico, Redding and Sacramento.
