2b/2b In Caldwell - The units rent for $1,350 a month with tenant paying all utilities. Security deposit of $1,350, $1050 is refundable upon move out if the property is left in good condition. There is a $30 nonrefundable application fee for each person over the age of 18. This includes a background check. Typically we look to make sure that the tenant or tenants’ income to debt ratio is 3:1. All of our apartments are 2 bedroom 2 bath. As for pets, we do have a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pets will be limited to no more than two (2) animals with a 50 pound weight limit per pet. Pets must be at least one year of age. We also have a pet privilege fee of $40 a month per pet.
