This is an amazing place with tons of space, high ceilings, almost new light fixtures, outlets, switches, plumbing, paint, window coverings, kitchen counter, tiled backsplash, sink, faucet and almost new flooring. Huge galley kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, large dining room, large living room. Fridge and stove included. Central heat and air conditioning.
We have an online application available making it easy to get approved. You can also put down a security deposit online, sign the lease and set up auto payments online if you wish.
A deposit equal to the rent is required. Utilities must be on in tenants name. Water/sewer is a flat $50/month. Pet deposit/fee of half the rent is required with half being refundable. Pet rent is typically $35/month, subject to animal and situation.
Renters insurance is required. Washer and dryer may be rented if available.
Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our new Aquatic Park just opened up a several summers ago! We also built a very nice new park downtown, our free zoo is getting completely renovated and almost done, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
