There is ample room for a dinette set, as well as a full living room set up. There is also room to set up a desk as an office space, or possibly a day bed or guest bed. The house has its own central AC/heating unit. The upstairs sleeping loft includes room for a king size bed, night stands, various dressers or armoires and even sitting chairs. There is also a small laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
