Lawn and snow service is provided. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
No pets. Cat may be considered with non-refundable $200 pet fee and $20 per month pet rent per cat, maximum two cats.
No smoking. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Background, criminal and credit checks are required, minimum 600 credit. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $25 per applicant.
