814 W Hanson- 2 bedroom apartment - This main floor apartment is the top level of a duplex. Two bedrooms with stove and fridge, washer and dryer available in utility room in basement. New carpet and paint inside...a little rough on the outside. Water, sewer, garbage, heat and electricity included in the $750 rent. A garage (if available) would be an additional $50/month added to the rent.

Each apartment has its own thermostat, furnace and water heater.

$500 pet deposit plus $25 per month per pet.

We base our rents on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
