Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry. Plenty of parking, 300 feet from Route 1, 2 minutes to Wells Plaza.
Our rules are not unusual however we are straight forward on compliance. Deposit, cleaning fee, and rent are due before move-in, rent is due on the 1st of the month thereafter without exception. We’ve had no issues with noise or interference of any sort between housemates and we don’t have a policy pertaining to those interactions. It’s expected that housemates will treat each other with kindness, respect, privacy, and always try to do more than is expected of them. This serves to foster a comfortable, transparent, and familial household. The few that have been unable to rise to level of behavior have moved on. There is a strict no smoking policy, and drugs are also strictly forbidden. There are no pets, smoking of ANYthing, or drugs allowed on the property.
