You must fill in all blanks including the last TWO landlords, how many persons will be living in the unit and their birthdates. You must fill in how many pets will reside on the premises. The application fee is $45.00 and will include checking your credit; criminal background check; last two landlords and verification of employment. You must upload your driver’s license and last TWO pay stubs that are the most current. If application is approved, you must pay the security deposit within 48 hours on line to hold the rental. A full month's rent will be required to be paid 3 days prior to move in.
DIRECTIONS: Take Hiway 44 into Greensboro and turn right at the signal light. Go down road and vear right onto Hiway 15. Rental is approximately 3 miles down the road on the left side.
