• Valid state issued ID
• Non-refundable $45.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18
• Emailed response within 48 hours of submitting application
• Security deposit due at lease signing
• 24-month lease - No Exceptions
• Pet friendly, two pets maximum, breed restrictions
may apply. Please check before applying. There is a 350.00 non refundable pet fee and 35.00 monthly pet fee for 1 pet, $15.00 additional for second pet.
