The following is the tentative renovation plan: The living room will be getting vinyl plank flooring. All the wall will be painted a light grey. The main floor bedroom will have a refinished hardwood floor. The upstairs bedrooms will have oil base painted floors. The kitchen is getting some changes to the cabinets and an electric stove put in.
Kitchen, Dining room and living room are one open space. First when you enter through the front door you come into the living room, if you walk forward you would enter the dinning room, with the kitchen off to the left. On the right there would be the back door entry way and laundry room. There is one bedroom on the main floor, which you enter through the living room.
Upstairs there are to bedroom. The top of the stairs is fairly short, so tall individuals would have a difficult time going up and down the stairs a lot.
The basement is nothing special. It can be used for storage. It is also the location of the furnace and water heater.
There is a concrete driveway leading to a single stall garage. The back yard is large, but is not enclosed in any way.
Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
