A little bit about the property-
This is a 4-plex with a 2 bedroom house in front, a cottage 1 bedroom in the middle and a duplex in the back. The tenants have dogs and use the private 60' x 15' grassy courtyard like a private dog park. So applicants should have or at least like pets. Tenants are expected to pick up after their pets nightly. All pets must sleep inside units at night.
Applicants need to apply in person. No out of state transactions. Provide your phone number on all e-mail or response will be delayed.
Landlord pays for WiFi, water, sewer, trash, landscaping, and pest control. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Average SDG&E bill is $60 - ($90.00 if you have a portable A/C unit) /month. Cable provider is Cox or ATT service from $40-$120/month. Complex has security cameras on parking area and entrances and yard (legal disclaimer - security cameras are not a guarantee of preventing/capturing crime but studies show that they do act as a deterrent and there is greater likelihood of actionable consequence when used and records available.)
Fees paid by renter: $25 credit check fee paid in cash $26 if paid by credit card. No checks accepted.
