The tenant may use the shared bathroom with full use of the common area and backyard. Spacious backyard and deck with plenty of room to lounge and eat. The backyard features an always-ready and clean hot tub, and shady lounge space with a fire pit. Street parking is available but not assigned. The owners and tenants already have one dog. No new pets. No smoking inside the house.
Owner pays for electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash, front lawn gardening, and wireless high-speed internet. Parking is on-street only. Street sweeping occurs on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-12 and the sweeper is almost always there at 8:15. Gay male-only household as all tenants are friendly get along very well together. We expect the tenant to be clean, help with maintenance and cleanliness, and to be respectful.
