101 E Douglas- 4 bedroom house - Large 4 bedroom house. All the bedrooms are upstairs. On the main floor there is a living room, enclosed porch, sitting room, dinning room, laundry room, bathroom, and large kitchen.
On the second floor there are 4 large bedrooms. In order to get into one of the bedrooms, you must go through another bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the second floor, but you must go through a bedroom in order to get to it.
This is an older house, and you can tell. It had=s the details of an old home, while also having some touches of the modern home.
In 2021 we did some extensive work in the basement. We put up new block walls throughout most of the basement. The basement is mainly for maintenance purposes.
Large back yard with a porch type area as well. Off street parking on the driveway.
We do not pay any utilities on houses. You will be responsible for electric and gas through North Western Energy, Water/Garbage through the City of Mitchell, and WiFi/Cable through Midco.
Pet Deposit $500 plus $25 monthly surcharge per animal.
We base our rents on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
