I am looking for 2 people to fill 2 bedrooms in my 4 BD/2.5 BA house in Bonsall. Females only.
ABOUT:
There will be a total of 3 people living in the house. I will be WFH and a full time student. I am seeking laid back, clean and respectful roommates. Updated home with bamboo flooring downstairs and in one bedroom and carpet upstairs. Large kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, double oven, and large pantry. Washer and Dryer in garage. Central A/C and heating with Nest thermostat. There is one assigned parking spot and open street parking. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Me: I’m 29 (she/her) and have lived in North County for 7 years. I am currently a student at National University, was a former Corpsman, and now currently work for a global infrastructure, environmental and social development company. I will be living in the master bedroom of the house. I have a 4-year-old Doberman Pinscher and a 7-year-old Lab mix.
LOCATION: Our house is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood with close access to the 76 and 15, and a local shopping center:
• 5 minute drive to River Village Shopping Center (Daniel's Market, Village Pizza, Tekila Cocina Mexicana, Z-Café, Peking Wok Chinese Restaurant, and Fresco Grill
• 10 minute drive to Shopping center in Vista (Albertsons, Sprouts, La Michoacana Plus, French Bakery Cafe, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts)
• 12 minute drive to Walmart and Mission Marketplace (Target, Sprouts, Ross, Chipotle) 25 minute drive to Oceanside Harbor Beach
• 30 minute drive to Carlsbad State Beach
PRICE: It is a year lease starting July 1st. Available bedrooms are $850/month, utilities included.
