We will make a copy of your driver’s license or a photo ID and keep it on file until the property is rented. You will have to come into our office and get a copy of your ID made, and sign an agreement before being permitted access to the property. Once it is rented we will shred the copy(s). We have multiple sets of keys to be checked out; however we cannot guarantee the availability of keys at the time you visit our office. You may have to wait for a set to come back. Please allow enough time to accommodate this possibility due to the high volume of interest in rentals at this time.
