Rarely available two-level condo unit available for rent starting in November. This unit (which is only one of four in the building) has two levels with a full bathroom, bedroom and den or office space downstairs and kitchen, living room, half-bath, and large balcony upstairs. Previously, I split the downstairs into two separate bedroom areas, so could make this a two-bedroom as well.

The building has plenty of amenities including a 24-hour front desk and concierge, on-site maintenance/management, outdoor pool, business center with printers and free wireless internet, secured bike storage, a fitness center with cardio, weight and yoga rooms, and a community room which can be used for hosting private parties.

Only a few blocks from the Wharf, Safeway, CVS, and close to the Nationals Ballpark and DC United Stadium. It's also a short distance to three metro stations (Waterfront, L'Enfant Plaza, Federal Center SW).

Utilities (water, gas, electric) are included in the rent as well as a storage unit in the basement. A reserved parking spot right in front of the building is available for an additional fee, otherwise street parking is available.

First month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are required at lease signing as well as a $300 move-in fee. No smoking. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis and an additional pet security deposit will be required.

Unit will be unfurnished, but attaching pictures of the unit staged so you can get a sense of the layout.

Also have some flexibility with lease start/end date depending on the situation.
