The Barber shop to the East is open Thursday and Friday 9-4:30. No other tenants share a common wall with this apartment so it should be a very quiet dwelling.
$500 pet deposit as well as $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Large open unit on main level with no stairs should be very good from someone with physical disabilities.
Our rental rates are based on a 12 month lease. If it is your intention to rent a unit for anything less than 12 months, the monthly rent will be increased by 20%.
