I'm an engineering student so I tend to keep things pretty quiet and I appreciate the same, though I certainly don't mind the occasional party ;). We're in a great location with easy access to the city while still being in a scenic neighborhood. This place is perfect for college students or anyone trying to land a job in Fort Collins. We have a friendly landlord who rarely visits and sends service people out promptly when things break. Neighbors are mostly college students and are very friendly. Some folks have occasional block parties but everyone is really respectful about keeping it down.
The House: Suburb-style townhouse with shared living space with kitchen and laundry included. We have a little back porch and a small garage for storage. Directly next to the bus stop. 1 mile from two grocery stores/gas stations. Just down the road from CVS. Near Fox Meadows trailhead. Easy access to CSU and surrounding restaurants. Lawn cared for by neighborhood free-of-charge.
For CSU students: ~10 minutes to campus by car, 25 minutes by bike, 30 minutes by bus,
