Unlimited high-speed internet is included, but electricity, water and gas will be shared between the owner and the tenant (s). Central AC and heating controlled by Nest smart thermostat. All windows are dual pane. There is a friendly resident feline named Latte (indoor only), who will demand cuddles and affection.
