- Must obtain renters insurance for the duration of the lease.
- No evictions in the last 2 years – any money owed to any previous landlord must be half paid and on a payment plan
- Criminal History check will be ran (no felonies within the past 5 years)
- Security deposit is $1,000 and can increase depending on credit and rental history
- Security deposit and first months rent due before move in as well as proof utilities have been switched into your name and proof of renters insurance.
