- Income needs to be 3.5x monthly rent, good rental history, and no bad record in the last 5 years.
- Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including electricity, trash, sewer, gas, and water
- Insurance: Resident Renter's Insurance Required.
- Animals are approved on a case by case basis with pet fees and monthly animal rent
- Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics.
- Pets: Maximum two animals allowed under 35lbs. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited.
