Refrigerators rent at $40/month and washer/dryers rent at $75/month for the combo.We do allow pets! There is a $250 pet initiation fee for the first animal, and $100 for an additional animal. There is a 2-pet max. While we do not have any weight restrictions, monthly pet rent is based off the weight of your dog. Cats are $25/month.
