A centrally located coin operated laundry. Each apartment has its own electrical panel and control of their heat and cooling. A central hallway entry system provides residents with increased comfort during inclement weather. Plenty of parking and a large yard.

The public school is across the intersection, gas, tires and auto repair a few blocks away at the local Farmers Union or Meyers auto. Nice small town living.

Mitchell 30 miles West, Sioux Falls 40 miles East and Yankton 52 miles south. Small town living with everything you need a short distance away.

We pay for water, sewer, garbage. The tenant is responsible for electricity. We do lawn care and snow removal.

We do allow pets with a pet deposit of $500. Then there is a charge of $25 per pet per month added onto the rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
