112 1/2 E 3rd- 1 bedroom apartment - This is a second floor apartment with one other apartment sharing the common hallway to get to the apartment. When you walk in the apartment door there is a large closet for coats or can be used as your bedroom closet since the bedroom does not have a closet in it. Good size bedroom right next to the closet. This apartment has quite a lot of living space with having a living room and dining room right next to each other. For a one bedroom apartment the kitchen is large with quite a lot of cabinet space. The bathroom is a little tight with some room behind the door for toiletries and linens.

Electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage are furnished. Tenant is responsible for internet and cable.

3rd street does not allow for over night parking, so the parking situation here is a little less than desirable. You either have to park on the north south street to the west, or park in the public parking lot across the street from the movie theater.

Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
