Country living at it's finest, great location, Solar, water & sewer paid by owner - This is a great country property, Great floor plan, huge kitchen with tons of cabinet space & breakfast bar. The kitchen is open to the family room with a wood fireplace. Formal dining room is attached to the living room. One bedroom and full bathroom is on the first floor and all others are upstairs. Master is very large with a small balcony off the slider. The master and guest bathroom have dual sinks. There is a rear covered patio with great view. This home sits on 5 acres, but the owners are only renting the home and immediate adjacent area of the home and not the acreage. Owners will be on the property tending to horses, maintenance of the property and such. Tenant will see the owners from time to time and the list as follows will have to be agreed to by the potential tenants. Dogs and cats okay with a 500 dollar deposit subject to breed restrictions and no more than 2 pets. 2 Refrigerators and washer and dryer are included in the rent.
1. We will be on property 2xs a day working/taking care of our animals 9 am-9pm not disturbing tenants in any way. I will be utilizing water faucets on side of house to water animals during those hours & use for watering trees & plants & grass. Tenants should assume we live on property since our animals are there.if I need to come earlier than that I will let tenants know.
2. The attic, the room off to the side in Garage & outside storage units are all off limits, homeowners personal items.
3. Parking for tenants garage, driveway and extra parking down below on right side for tenants. Left side should only be used for homeowners only we come in & out of that area often. Tenants guest should only use allotted side for tenant parking. No parking at all on sides of top of driveway as we have sprinkler system in place and we will be landscaping again.
4. No working on vehicles in garage or driveway.
5. Feces from tenants animals must always be picked up by tenants daily.
6. Grass area surrounding house front and back tenants may use.
7. When grass area around home is installed it will be to maintain/cut by landscaper/ owners We will have water system in place.
8. Any outside contractors or construction needed to be done we will hopefully give 24 hours notice.
9. No smoking in home, we live in a high fire zone please use cement patio for smoking use and discard any butts daily safely.
10. Owners do 1 time a year controlled burn on property.
11. Owners will handle Varmint control ie: ground squirrels via: fire arm.
12. No game hunting on property allowed.
