Welcome to your dream coastal getaway at our lovely first-floor condo, nestled on the picturesque 798 Sunrise Drive in Avalon, NJ! This charming bayside retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Indulge in the comfort of the primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom for added convenience. The additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, including a mix of twin and full beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
The inviting living room includes a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with an island and stools for casual dining. The kitchen table provides seating for 4, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Stay entertained with the provided TV and Wi-Fi, while the washer/dryer in the unit adds a touch of convenience to your stay. Experience the ultimate comfort with central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere throughout your vacation.

Important Notes:
- The pool area will be open by 05/20/23 and closed on 09/23/23.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool.
Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.
