This home has new carpets, interior painting and new blinds. This home has a huge back yard. Tenants are responsible for paying water/sewer, electricity, gas, and trash. Tenants must provide their own refrigerator, washer and dryer. Tenants must have renters insurance throughout the entire time they are living in the home.

You have at least a 650 credit score. (ANY eviction or utility collection accounts on your report will result in denial, regardless of the length of time or if it has been paid off.)

Overall positive rental references, if applicable.

One year on your job or within the same industry if relocating.
