PLEASE READ! This is a bedroom for rent not an apartment. Tenants have their own bedroom and share common spaces such as bathroom, kitchen, and living room. All utilities included. Wifi is included. Apartment has 5 bedrooms and 4 are currently occupied. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and building as its own washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed unless consent given by landlord. All current tenants are women. This is a drug free home and all tenants are responsible for ensuring house is clean. Available to move in asap. First month's rent and equal security deposit required to move in. Rent will be prorated based on move in date. Tenancy will be month to month. Prospective tenants must have data access and texting on their cellphone and a valid bank account because rent is paid using an online portal. You will need to fill out an application if interested and there will be a $15 fee for showings.
