Full of historic charm, the home features 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining table for 6 and of course an unobstructed view of the water, waves, and sand. The backyard oasis was built for lounging and entertaining, all while soaking up ocean views! The backyard features a viewing deck, comfortable lounge furniture, BBQ grill, putting green, outdoor shower, pavilion with sun sails and private gate access to walk to the beach. This home is attached to a one bedroom cottage which can also be rented as an option for additional space and may be occupied during your stay (inquire for availability). The outdoor space may be shared if the cottage is occupied by another group.
The home is equipped with WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning. Beach toys, supplies and equipment available for guests enjoyment including boogie boards, surfboards (5', 8' and 9' boards) and fins. The home is also within easy walking distance to the shops/restaurants/night life of downtown Encinitas.
