Lakeview Cottage is a Cape Cod 1480 square feet lovely vintage home with views of Lake Michigan from throughout the house and on the wrap-around front porch. A quiet oasis, its located 88 steps from the Neshotah Beach (voted best in Wisconsin).
Coastal decor and hardwood floors, there are 2 full large bedroom suites with a queen bed downstairs that connects to the remodeled full bath. The upstairs bedroom suite takes up the whole upper floor. It has a large dormer -- with views of Lake Michigan, another full bath with a skylight and a queen bed plus a full bed with a twin (rolls out from trundle bed) and a desk for a quiet workspace.
Downstairs theres a bright screened in porch, living and dining rooms all with lake views. The living room has a smart tv, comfy couch and chairs, and plenty of puzzles and games including a gaming level high-speed internet with 500 Mbps.
The kitchen has custom cabinets and plenty of counter space. Its fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, silverware, blender, toaster, and coffee maker . Stainless-steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The finished basement has the washer and dryer, half bath, and other spaces for winter hobbies. Theres a nice fenced-in backyard with a patio, furniture, and a gas grill. Two new bikes with helmets are available in the two-car garage.
Lakeview Cottage is across from the 50-acre wooded Neshotah Park and its many activities and amenities. Right outside the door of Lakeview Cottage are two bike trails heading north and south on the Lakeshore. The Rawley Point Bike Trail takes you on a fabulous six-mile ride through wooded forests ending up at the absolutely beautiful sand dune beaches of Point Beach State Park.
From Lakeview Cottage you can walk to stores, bars, restaurants, and the quaint Two Rivers downtown with its public park on Main Street. The twin city of Manitowoc is seven miles to the south. It has become a destination for numerous craft breweries, fine dining and live music. Theres also an incredible lake/river view YMCA for winter fitness with indoor tennis/pickle ball courts and much more. Lambeau Field, the home of the Packers is 45 minutes away. Door County, the world-famous vacation spot, is a beautiful hour drive up the lakeshore.
