A $200 Non-refundable Holding Deposit is required to secure the home and shall be applied toward your Security Deposit at move-in. In addition, the remainder of the Security Deposit, a $300 Non-refundable Cleaning Fee, and a FULL month's rent are required to move-in. Your next month’s rent will reflect the prorate based on the date that your lease started
