The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and in the past 7 years, there have been no car break-ins, vandalism, or property damage. This is a ground floor apartment with the upstairs unit occupied as well, front entry is shared but this unit has a private back entry close to the parking area. This unit comes with one parking spot, any additional vehicles will use standard opposite side street parking. The past tenants split the wifi bill with the upstairs tenants, a similar arrangement can be made by the new tenant if all parties agree. RG&E is in the tenants name. All tenants must show proof of renters insurance- if you do not have renters insurance, we will be happy to recommend a carrier.
