Full month's rent due before lease signing. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of your lease. We will work with lower credit scores within reason. No previous evictions or current collections. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. No more than unrelated adults. This is a non-smoking property.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Exercise equipment, washer, dryer, wine cellar, pool table and accessories, trash compactor, additional dishwasher, intercom system, movie projector, and surround sound speakers for tenant use and maintenance. Hired on landscapers and cleaning service.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

Electricity, Gas, and the internet. Snow removal from the unit's entryway and walkway. Use of 4 fireplaces, unless written permission received.
