OUR BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY ARE:

INCOME: You will need to provide proof that you have at least 3 TIMES the amount of the rent you are applying for in monthly income, with less than ¼ of your income towards monthly bills(credit cards, car loans etc.) 1-year minimum at your current job and your job or income must be stable. We do NOT accept unemployment, cash income not reported on your tax returns, student financial aid, cosigners NOT living in the rental.
2. RENTAL HISTORY: Must be able to VERIFY “GOOD" RENTAL HISTORY with a "SIMILAR" rental as what you are applying for.
3. CREDIT & BACKGROUND: Must have acceptable credit and background history with a minimum credit score of 700. Please note some rentals require a higher credit score. Please look at our individual ad for the rental you want. No prior evictions or problems with the law(e.g. Felonies). If you do pre-qualify, we will then check your credit & background with a full screening provided by TransUnion Credit Services. The fee for the full screening is $30.00 which will be paid at the time you submit your full application.
