2. CREDIT SCORES OF 700 & ABOVE As reported by TransUnion, with No prior EVICTIONS or criminal background. A $30.00 screening report (Credit, background & eviction) is required for EACH occupant over 18 years old.
3. YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3(X)TIMES THE RENT IN MONTHLY INCOME and have less than 1/4 of your income in bills. If your income comes from a job, we will need paystubs. Self-employed will need to provide tax returns(1040's) We do NOT accept CASH INCOME that is NOT reported on tax returns, unemployment or temporary disability income, bank statements as proof of income.
