Before applying to the property, please know that applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. You must meet the following criteria, and have also personally viewed the property before your application will be seen. They are as follows:
-Potential applicant must make 3 times the monthly rent per month in gross earnings
-Potential applicant cannot have any felony convictions
-Potential applicant cannot have any previous evictions
Any of the following criteria above can or will be an automatic dismissal of your application.
Deposit is $995 & tenants will be responsible for electric, water, and gas
Pets are welcome! We allow cats and dogs, small too large, with no breed restrictions. $250 pet fee per pet. We do not accept Section 8.***We do not list our properties on FaceBook or Craigslist.
