This is a very sharp 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The upstairs room has lots of possibilities with a lot of additional space. The kitchen is very nice with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, multiple ovens, etc. There is a washer and dryer included in the unit as well. The bathrooms are very sharp as well. Very nice hardwood floors throughout the first level. You will also get use of one garage stall.

The rent is $1,025 per month. Cats and dogs are allowed. There is no deposit required, but we use Rhino as a deposit alternative.
