Rent:

- The tenant will pay a monthly flat rate of $50 for sewage. Any adjustments will be made at the end of the year when we receive the annual sewer bill from the City.

- Renter Insurance is required with a $300,000 liability with Prime Metropolis Properties, Inc. as an additional insured.
