Laundry room off kitchen with back door leading to fenced in back yard. *Small well-behaved dog allowed. Cozy screened in porch, great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or afternoon glass of tea and relaxing. Spacious kitchen with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and gas stove/oven. Dining room off of living room and kitchen with seating enough for 8. The home is beautifully decorated with Southern Coastal décor and has quite the cozy feel, which makes guest feel right at home. **Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
