o Select the type of home you are interested in, single family or multi-
family
o This will bring you to our available inventory for that particular type of
home. Select the property you are interested in applying for.
o Once you are on the rental details page, click on the blue link that
says “Apply for this property”. This will take you to the online rental
application
IMPORTANT NOTES ON FILLING OUT APPLICATIONS:
o Everyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home will
need to fill out separate applications.
o Each applicant must have a unique email address.
After you fill out the online application:
Be on the lookout for an email from SmartMove, our screening provider. (please make sure to check your spam or junk email if you don't see it in your general inbox)
Click the link in the SmartMove email to authorize your credit and criminal reports. We will not be able to process your application without finishing this step. If you have any issues completing this portion, contact SmartMove customer service.
Once these steps are completed your reports will be sent to us for review. We will contact you with your result ands to set up a personal tour of our home should you qualify.
***NOTE: If you are interested in more than one property, you only need to apply once. Once you are approved for one property, we can show you any of our available rentals. Once you have decided on a home, we can change the address on our end.***
