Open Livingroom/kitchen area, with amazing views, and decks that wrap around part of the home. 2 stall attached garage. Den with entertaining space. 2 of the bedrooms have walk in closets. You can even shoot trap if you would like to.
NO SMOKING, No Section 8. The owner will allow 2 dogs, NO cats.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security system is installed, and you would have to have it activated. High speed internet via fiber optic was just installed June 2021.
Applications must be submitted to schedule an appointment to view the property.
