House is available from October 8th, 2022 to May 31st, 2023.
House has well water and septic system. Owner pays for trash removal and snow plowing. Tenant pays for all other utilities including oil heat, electric stove, and landscape clean up in Fall and Spring.
Master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, double sinks, shower, and heated floors. 2 more bedrooms with queen beds, shared bath and ample closet space, plus a dedicated office with desk. While this home is furnished, you will need to provide your own sheets, blankets and pillows.
We require one month security deposit and first month rent to move in. We also require a background and credit check and landlord references. Minimum credit score is 700.
