Short walk to the Town Square in Waterville Valley for shopping, restaurants, pubs and so many activities! In the summer: Get discounted Mountain Bike Rentals and ride up Snow's Mountain for a fun ride down. Clay Tennis Courts, Skate Park, Year Round Ice Skating, Swimming Pond with boat rentals and so much more! Don't forget the WV Recreation Center with indoor climbing wall, open gym, and many other activities throughout the week! No smoking in home or within 200 feet of building. Pets allowed with owner's approval ($100/mo additional fee). Mandatory departure cleaning fee.
