Rent is $1700 per month and tenants are responsible for all utilites and landscaping.
Security deposit is $2000.
Pets considered with additional pet rent ($25 to $50 per pet per month; no dangerous breeds, no pets under 1 year).
One year lease term.
$10 monthly preventative maintenance fee.

This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted.
