Sorry, we love dogs too, but the insurance companies don't.
What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have verifiable GROSS income of $3000 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a back ground check and a credit check. We are expecting that any bills you have, you are currently paying on them. If you are not paying on something we need documentation explaining why you are not paying on it. This includes things that are in collections. If you have questions or want to discuss anything you think we will find, please ask BEFORE you apply.
