Pet Policy:
-We welcome one pet per home!
-Maximum of 1 pet (50 lb. limit)
-One-Time Pet Move-In Fee: $150
-Monthly Pet Rent: $25
-Pet information is required during the application process.
Utilities:
Residents are responsible for any separately metered utilities unless otherwise specified.
Shared utilities are billed through a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS), allocating costs based on the home's square footage and/or number of bedrooms.
For this apartment, RUBS includes:

Fees:
-Application & Criminal/Credit Background Check: $30
-One-Time Move-In Fee: Equal to one-half of one month's rent
Qualification Requirements:
