All adults over the age of 18 residing in the home must complete an application—a $50 fee per applicant. If approved non-refundable 1-month reservation fee is due immediately (reservation fee is applied towards the first full months' rent after move-in) and a $100 administration fee. 1-month deposit due upon move-in.
Owner has requested lease ends 6/30/27 (8 month lease) to ensure next vacancy occurs at best time of year to release when new Resident moves out. May consider as short as 6 months if preferred.
