Combination lock that holds the gate key is 8888 on the gate itself.
The mailbox is located at close to the intersection of Clearvista Path and Westmeadow Trail. Mailbox #12 on far upper left. There is a vacant card the tenants will have to list their names on in order to receive mail at that box. They will need to deposit the card in the mail box and raise the flag.
