Pets must be screened and "service animals" verified through [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] There is a small fee for pets, but service animals are "no charge".
Renters insurance is required. Tenants pay all utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer and garbage).
Move-in funds required (with acceptable credit, income and positive landlord references) are just the first month's rent, the $2000 security deposit, a $250 Administration Fee (+ any additional pet deposit, if applicable).
