We require each applicant to meet the following criteria:
•Verifiable lawful income source equal to 3x monthly rent or grad school acceptance letter. If there are multiple unrelated housemates, each individual must meet 75% of the 3x rent requirement.
•Credit score above 690 and have a minimum of two active accounts with regular activity held for one or more years. All accounts must be in good standing with no irregularities, collection, etc. If bankruptcy has occurred in the past, you must have at least two years of satisfactory credit following the bankruptcy.
•Proof that you have an available reserve fund in a financial institution that is equal to 2 months' rent plus required security deposit.
•Minimum of one-year positive rental or mortgage history.
